Our own weiners are made with all beef and pork in our natural casings for a great tasting, slightly spicy, fully cooked sausage. Not like your normal hot dog, we use 100% beef and pork.

Our own Award Winning Hickory Smoked Hams. We cure and smoke them weekly in small batches to ensure the best quality. Fully cooked, just heat and serve for a holiday dinner or any occasion. No water added, just fresh ham.
Honey Glazed and Spiral Cut to perfection. Our award winning ham sliced around the bone and then cooked with sweet spices to coat the outside of each slice. A great combination of sweet and salty that will be the talk of any dinner party. As you heat the ham our special seasonings melt down into each ham slice. Easy to serve, already sliced.
