 Succulent and Delicious because we cook it in our smokehouse with our Special Seasoning and Natural Hickory Smoke. We bring it to the site whole and carve it and serve buffet style! Includes Lodi Sausage Co.'s Own BBQ Sauce, Potato Salad, Homemade Baked Beans, and Fresh Bakery Rolls.
We also offer our complete Pig Roast pickup. This includes everything listed above with the exception of the pork being cut up and provided to you in a nesco. This can be ordered for less than the minimum and is $8.99 per person. Two week notice is required.
